Ricardo opened the day by reminding all investors of th potential that Namibia possesses. He placed emphasis on th support seen from the Namibian government related to Green Hydrogen developments. This he said truly is the norm across the board, as Government support has been demonstrated across all industries.

He introduced the focus of the day for the Green Hydrogen industry as looking towards "Economic Development" especially in light of the Covid impacts on economies.

He then had the opportunity and privilege to welcome the Deputy Minister of Mines and Energy, Hon Kornelia Shilunga to stage.
