This self-service portal was developed entirely from the ground up with a focus on important employee tasks. Features like changing your password every 90 days, managing your own email lists, and downloading necessary software empowered users towards a self-service rather than a longer ticket-based request.

A native iOS and Android application, Dibs! provides a simple and intuitive mobile solution that allows any employee to easily reserve conference rooms from the palm of their hand. Key features include booking a room in two taps, switching between different locations, viewing floor maps, and pinning your favorite rooms so they appear first when available.

A complimentary app to Dibs, a tablet version was designed specifically for high density office locations. These kiosk tablets were placed outside of conference rooms and reservation-based spaces. They easily allowed employees to book the room and view current availability from a distance. MeetNow is a retired name and currently has adopted the Dibs brand.

In collaboration with a team put together of hand-selected EIS employees, we were asked by the CIO and his staff to create a promo video that accurately represented EIS to new employees. Our team was given a video production budget and tasked with coming up with an out of the ordinary concept and bringing it to life.
