Your Guide to a GREAT Party! The following is a bunch of handy info for you to refer to as you are planning, inviting, and preparing for your party. However, I'm just a quick message, text, phone call or email away, so please contact me if you have any questions.
What is a Facebook Party? A Facebook party is a virtual party, not just an event with a link. We have a specific time and date (just like an in person party), you'll invite your friends to  join us on that Facebook event where there will be some games, informational posts, some videos that will highlight some of our most popular books and then I will provide a shopping experience.
No cleaning or cooking necessary and it takes less than an hour!

Hostess Special
March's Hostess Special is AWESOME! An extra $50 in FREE books once you reach $400 plus a booking (the flier shows the extra amount included). This month our hostesses also have the ability to get a hostess exclusive "A Little Wonderful Box Set"Hostesses do pay 8% shipping and a $2 hostess fee does apply, but when you're getting $80 or more FREE, who cares??

Ever thought of doing something like this yourself? Wonder what it would be like to get paid to party? Consider becoming a consultant! You get discounted books, AND make money! Here is some sample wording: "Hi Sara! I recently discovered Usborne Books & More and I really want to learn & see more of them, so I am having a Facebook party on February 15th. I thought you might like to check them out too! Would you like an invitation?" I know this may sound crazy to send all of those messages, but we’ve found that it really does work best to only invite the people who are interested in our products! It’s much better to have 25 yeses and 0 nos, than 10 yeses 7 maybes and 10 nos and 58 with no response. I also have an extra bonus for you as the hostess when we have 20 people who RSVP yes, so keep that in mind :)
Making the most of your party Like Posts
As I post pre-party videos and links make sure to like, comment, and reply or like the comments your guests make. Remember, only those who respond Yes will see any event posts.
Share photos of your family, photos of your kids reading, links to your favorite Usborne Books, and comments about the books as much as possible.
Share Information
Tag Your Friends
As you interact on the event page or on your personal page, tag your friends! Example: "FRIEND"S NAME, I think your kids would LOVE these activity cards for your trip!"
Your Party
It will last about 30-40 minutes. You will want to be there a few minutes beforehand. I will post videos, links, and information. Interact, tag, and post as much as possible. At the end I will post how to order. I will do a drawing for a party prize for one of the guests - they earn points by interacting in the party too. As friends and family place orders, I will post a Thank You to them. This will help you know who has ordered and who hasn't yet. Following up with your guests who haven't ordered will help increase your party sales and hostess rewards!
