Cheers to Bookish Broads by Lauren Marino with a Breathless Cocktail: Empress 75!

Ingredients 1.5 oz Empress 1908

.75 oz fresh lemon juice

.5 oz simple syrup

Breathless Sparkling wine

Instructions Shake all ingredients except for Breathless wine on ice, double strain into a chilled flute, and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
