Thirteen distinctive new stadiums will be purpose-built for the FIFA World Cup™. Three historic stadiums will be refurbished for a new era of Russian football. The Russian Government has issued a Governmental Guarantee securing the construction of the 10 new football stadiums that have yet to start construction. Production principles on the construction site and recycling systems during the construction and the operation of the stadiums will be established.
