CONFESSION #1 Instructions: Start your day with this confession. Play some positive motivational music and be as expressive as possible. Say it like you mean it, mean it like you say it. Repeat as necessary; motivate yourself! As always, believe every word with your heart. TODAY IS MY THEME SONG! AS I DRIVE, WALK, RIDE, FLY, SKIP OR JUMP, MY TRAVELS WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY THIS MANTRA: “I AM THE BADDEST WOMAN AROUND!” I AM CONFIDENT, BOLD, PERSISTENT, DETERMINED AND ALWAYS READY FOR A NEW CHALLENGE! CONFESSION #2 Instructions: This confession is great for the workplace and for any task set before you that may pose to be difficult. Have in your mind what you must do and know that you must accomplish it. Speak this confession with conviction, direct every word into the work at hand. This confession will cover any task, great or small. Repeat as necessary; absorb the importance of every word. Empower yourself! As always, believe every word with your heart. I AM A WINNER! I AM A FORCE TO RECKONED WITH. WHY? BECAUSE I AM ALWAYS MOVING, ALWAYS PRODUCTIVE, ALWAYS CREATING, WHICH BUILDS MOMENTUM THAT FORCES THOSE IN MY PATH TO RECOGNIZE AND FOLLOW AFTER MY FLOW. CONFESSION #3 Instructions: Today may not seem to be your day, but change your mind: IT IS. This is an “inspite-of” confession. No matter what the circumstances, speak this as a warning to discouragement, it will not take you over! Look in the mirror, have faith in yourself! As always, believe every word with your heart. GOODBYE TO BAD HAIR DAYS! GOODBYE TO THE FEELING THAT NOTHING IS GOING RIGHT TODAY! I AM BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT; ANYTHING I PUT ON IS PURELY AN ENHANCEMENT, IT DOES NOT DEFINE ME. I ADMIRE EVERY PART OF MY BODY! I WORK TO IMPROVE ANY PART THAT CAN BE BETTER BUT EMBRACE WHAT IS NATURALLY, BEAUTIFULLY ME. MY CONFIDENCE IS MY GREATEST ACCESSORY AND I CAN PULL OFF ANY STYLE WITH GRACE AND EASE. I MAKE THE STYLE, IT DOES NOT MAKE ME. I AM SEXY, ATTRACTIVE AND APPEALING; I DRAW ATTENTION BECAUSE OF MY HIGH SELFESTEEM. CONFESSION #4 Instructions: When drive and ambition are lacking, its time to draw yourself back into focus. Take a minute to sit down and collect all that was lost, broken or just plain thrown-away regarding your assignment, dreams and goals. Now jump up from your seat, muster up all the courage and strength in you, and aggressively direct every word you say in this confession. Make sure to use all your might as you are creating victory through the words you speak, and destroying every ounce of discouragement in you. As always, believe every word with your heart. ALL ABOARD: THE “SUCCESS EXPRESS”! MY TRACK HAS BEEN BUILT FOR ME, AND I WILL NOT BE DERAILED! TRY AS MANY MAY TO DISTRACT, CONFUSE AND INTIMIDATE, THIS TRAIN IS MOVING FULL SPEED AHEAD, WHICH CAUSES HATERS AROUND ME TO BE NOTHING BUT A BLUR! MY DESTINATION HAS BEEN SET, AND ANY STOPS ALONG THE WAY ARE TO RE-FUEL, BECAUSE ROADBLOCKS BOW DOWN TO MY ACCELERATED CHARGE. MY DEPARTURE PLACE WAS POTENTIAL, AND NOW I AM MOVING ON THE PATH OF POWER TO ARRIVE AT MY DESTINATION OF SUCCESS. I WILL NOT STOP! I WILL NOT SLOW DOWN! I WILL ONLY CONTINUE! I WILL ONLY PRESS! I WILL ONLY PUSH! I WILL ONLY BREAKTHROUGH! I WILL ONLY SEE THE LIGHT AFTER EVERY DARK TUNNEL; I WILL SUCCEED!

CONFESSION #5 Instructions: So...you saw your ex. You drove by that old apartment you used to live in. You may be reminiscing of a time when things seemed perfect, and your now seems so NOT perfect. Though these memories weigh heavy on your mind, you must speak yourself out of regret and into renewal! Everyone needs a fresh wind now and then...breathe in, and as you exhale let out all of the old burdens, all the old memories and every regret. Every second is a chance for a new start. Start living! Speak, and as always, believe every word with your heart. NO MORE MEMORIALS! I’M RIPPING UP THE POLAROIDS! I WILL NOT HOLD ON TO THE PAST...NO MORE MEMORIALS! TODAY IS A NEW DAY. NO LONGER WILL I LIVE IN WHAT WAS, I AM A CURRENT CITIZEN OF THE PRESENT FUTURE. I LET GO OF EVERY PAIN, HURT, REGRET, DOUBT, DISCOURAGEMENT AND FEAR OF MY PAST. EVERY MEMORIAL I HAVE BUILT UP I TEAR DOWN! I WILL NO LONGER REFERENCE, REGARD OR RESORT TO ANCIENT THINGS, PEOPLE, EVENTS OR PLACES THAT ONCE TOOK HOLD OF MY LIFE. I BREAK EVERY GENERATIONAL CURSE TIED TO MY BLOODLINE AND BEGIN NEW TRADITIONS FOR THE GENERATIONS THAT SUCCEED ME. I AM NEW, FRESH, VIBRANT AND CREATING A NEW LIFE WITH NEW MEMORIES. CONFESSION #6 Instructions: This may be an off-color title, but read on to discover the empowerment that will take shape. Do not be reluctant, this confession is a pep-talk for you and your heart to fall in line with your destiny. So read with care, examine every word and its significance to you. As always, believe every word with your heart. TODAY, I WANT MY EX-es BACK! TODAY, I WILL EX-AMINE MY HEART, AND SPEAK EVERY BROKEN PIECE TO BE MENDED! TODAY, I WILL EX-UDE CONFIDENCE, BECAUSE I AM GREAT AND IT CANT HELP BUT SHOW. TODAY, I WILL EX-HIBIT MY TALENTS! I DECLARE EVERY GIFT TO BE IN FULL OPERATION. TODAY, I WILL EX-ECUTE EVERYTHING I SET MY MIND TO DO. I HAVE ACCOMPLISHMENT AND COMPLETION IN MY HANDS, AND WHEN MY HANDS GET PUT TO WORK, THINGS GET DONE. TODAY I WILL EX-CHANGE EVERY SADNESS, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, DOUBT, FEAR, LONELINESS, HELPLESSNESS, RESIGNATION, APPREHENSION, REGRET AND SHAME FOR A GARMENT OF JOY, LOVE, PEACE, HAPPINESS, FULFILLMENT AND PRAISE. TODAY, I EX-PECT SUCCESS. AND I WILL GET IT, PERIOD. TODAY I WILL EXERCISE TEMPERANCE, NOTHING WILL BOTHER, ANNOY, AGGRAVATE OR PEEVE ME INTO DISTRACTION. I AM FOCUSED AND WILL ACHIEVE EVERY GOAL I HAVE SET IN PLACE. TODAY I AM EX-CELLENT. TOMORROW I AM EXCELLING, AND I WILL NEVER BE EX-EMPT FROM THE BLESSINGS GOD HAS FOR ME.

CONFESSION # 7 Instructions: Before you go to work, after you leave, on your lunch break, even while your daydreaming of your plans, break up the monotony of your everyday and begin to confess your all your brilliant ideas and creativity into existence. As always, believe every word with your heart. DONE WITH THE HOURLY RATE, IM STEPPING MY GAME UP! I AM A WOMAN WITH A WEALTHY MINDSET. WHAT IDEAS DEVELOP IN MY MIND AND MOVE THROUGH MY HAND CAUSE RICHES AND RESOURCE TO MOVE FROM THEIR STOREHOUSE INTO AN OVERFLOW THAT POURS CONSISTENTLY OVER MY LIFE. EVERY BUSINESS ENDEAVOR I SET MY HAND TO DO WILL SUCCEED IN THE VERY CAPACITY I INTENDED IT TO. THIS JOB I HAVE NOW IS NOT THE END FOR ME. MY MANY GOD-GIVEN TALENTS AND GIFTS MAKE MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM FOR ME TO LIVE WELL AND SOW INTO OTHERS. I WILL NOT SWEAT WHEN CHALLENGES ARISE, BUT IN MY WELL-DOING I WILL OPERATE WITH GRACE AND EASE. THOUGH THE ROAD TO ESTABLISHING MY BUSINESS MAY BE ROCKY, I STUMBLE FORWARD INTO GROWTH AND NEVER BACKWARD INTO STAGNANCE. I AM A CREATIVE, MONEYMAKING MACHINE! Confession of a Women of Legacy Father, I thank You that I am renewed in the spirit of my mind, that my mind is Christlike. I am full of hope and expectation from You and my live. I daily receive the manifestation of Your Word in my life and I thank You Father that You have begun a good work in me, and You will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. I live a long life because I am redeemed from the curse of the law; You have redeemed my life from destruction. I live a victorious and overcoming life. I walk in divine health and healing is my covenant right. The Blessing of the Lord makes me rich and adds no sorrow. I am a transform, renewed, revitalized powerhouse of Gods. I am connected to God my Father, Jesus Christ my Savior and filled with the Holy Spirit therefore I am never caught off guard by the enemy or his devises. My mind is alert, my spirit is sensitive to the spirit realm. I fight the good fight of Faith; Faith and prayer are my battle weapons and I always win. I am intelligent, integral and walk in excellence. My body is strong all the days of my life therefore I am capable to carry my family, ministry and business to full term, give birth and produce life; I seek after tremendous results. My life is met with Heavens best, I lack nothing but more of God. I live a life of assignment and destiny fulfilled; I am a blessing to the kingdom of God. Amaryllis L. Rodriguez was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where she currently resides. The singer, songwriter, musician, minister and now published author wears many hats, but traces back all her talents and gratitude to Jesus Christ. As a minister and co-laborer of Revolution Church Internationalâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s Turnstyle Youth Church, she is avid in ministry and giving back to those she serves with every gift God has blessed her with. She has a passion for the education of children and young adults and aspires to have a family of her own in the near future.
