Vivi Klinar (Realchitect) was the one who put this team together

Her idea for REALCHITECT was that of mixing Her Real Estate world with her true passion : Architecture!

She got her Master Degree of Architecture in 2004 and she worked in New York City and Miami for over 9 years.

In 2013 she got her Real Estate License and only in 2015 she decided to do it full time!

It was a hard transition like most of them are, but this one was extra hard It hurt in her soul to detach herself from what she loved with all her heart but the decision was loud and clear!

Miami was becoming the city of her dreams. The Manhattan of the South! And she wanted to be outside enjoying the growth and architecture of the NEW MIAMI!

Not long ago she realized she wanted to form a team. A group of people that will come together with only one goal:
