Costain Construction is a licensed general contractor that builds custom homes. They offer different levels of service based on your needs. Costain Construction will build your home as the general contractor (GC) or they will consult you on how to build your own home as an owner-builder and then project manage the entire project with you.

Costain Construction builds all over the Kansas City market in both KS and MO as a cost-plus GC. For ownerbuilders, they charge a flat fee for their services, and you get materials and labor at cost. With Costain Construction, more of your money goes to your building project and you have the flexibility of buying materials where you want. You can use sub-contractors that you know and do work on your own project if you choose. You can do as much or as little of the work as you want in building your own home. They handle projects from $400,000 to 4M+. If you can dream it, they can build it!
