SUNDANCE RIDGE MILLION-DOLLAR VILLAGE OPENS

Sundance Ridge’s multi-million dollar “Village” is open just in time for some serious summer fun. The handsome clubhouse boasts ample seating and a marble-topped, fully equipped wet bar. An expansive deck provides fantastic views of the pool below and allows indoor entertaining to effortlessly flow outside.

The lower-level fitness area is ready with treadmills, bikes, elliptical machines, a Stairmaster, full set of weights, and more. Additionally, the first of two pools is also open so residents can spend the day splashing in style.
