The Tennessee Realtor of the Year is the association’s highest award, bestowed annually on a realtor whose service and dedication to the industry have truly been outstanding. “Fay’s consistent involvement and service over the years has set an example to which the rest of us can only aspire,” remarked 2012 TAR president Sue Turner. “Her dedication to the growth and progress of both her own local association and TAR continues to demonstrate leadership at its best. She is so deserving of the honor.” A 37 - year veteran of the real estate in-
dustry, Robinson began her career with Carvell Realty of Pulaski in 1975. Robinson has twice served as president of her own local association of realtors and was also twice named Realtor of the Year by her local association. Her service in committee and leadership roles in her Southern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors spans a total of 26 years. Robinson’s service to the realtor organization extends beyond her local association of realtors to both the state and national levels. She has held positions on numerous committees at the state level, and has served as both an officer and a director of TAR. A strong believer in governmental affairs, Robinson has taken an active role in legislative endeavors of all three of her realtor associations by helping to raise funds for the realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC)
