QUESTION 2: A real estate office made an appointment to show my home and then didn’t. I’m very mad and will not let them show my house again, wouldn’t you be mad? In your case, you may be blocking showings from an office that really sells a lot, and you do want to sell. QUESTION 3: My husband and I bought a house and later found some structural problems. Shouldn’t we have been notified by the real estate salesperson about any problems? Pug’s ANSWER: My question to you would be, “Did you get a HOME INSPECTION?” It is so important these days to pay that home inspection fee and have the house checked out. Many structural problems will be addressed by the Inspector.
