The number of units sold in January of 2012 increased by 41% over the prior year. The sales volume increased by 51% over January of 2011. The number of units sold in February of 2012 increased by 20% over the prior year. The sales volume increased by 11% over February of 2011. The total change in real estate sales for Buncombe County through February of 2012 is 30% both in units sold and sales volume. The impressive results of January and February are a continuation of a strong second half of 2011 and the momentum appears to be gaining steam, all positive signs as we head into spring, the beginning of our traditional selling season.

Make your garden wildlife friendly (StatePoint) Whether your garden is a source of food for your family, a way to beautify your home‚ outdoor spaces, or a gathering place for parties, you already know how beneficial your outdoor hobby can be. But a garden need not only be a human habitat. If you cultivate it right, you can encourage beautiful wildlife to become regular visitors to your garden all season long. Here are some tips to get started:
