One party purchases property from a seller and then immediately turns and transfers the property they just purchased to another buyer. This has to be done with care by a quality closing attorney that handles the documents and monies involved in both transactions carefully. However, people considering this type of transaction should do their homework ahead of time to make sure all steps of each transaction are possible. For instance, the end buyer or party that ultimately ends up with the property needs to make sure that their lender is willing to loan on this type of deal as some lenders and government agencies have rules or ìvesting requirementsî about how long a seller must have owned a property before they can sell it.
