Reduce allergens in your home (StatePoint) Many people seek refuge indoors around this time of year, when outdoor air is full of pollen and other allergens. For allergy sufferers, however, the air indoors can prove to be just as problematic. Dust that collects in a home contains common household allergens such as dust mite particles and animal dander. If dust is disturbed from furniture, hard surfaces and carpet, those allergens can become airborne and reduce indoor air quality. the question: How long does the closing process take? Someone told me it could take half a day.
the answer: It should not take that long. There are horror stories out there where a title defect arose last minute or something came up that the lender was prepared for, but for the most part a good closing attorney can have you through the process in an hour or less. The attorney does matter guys, you don’t want the foot doctor operating on your head, go to a Real Estate Attorney even if the other guy did a good job on your divorce or car accident. Experience counts and remember there are illegal closing shops popping up claiming they have attorneys doing closing for a “great rate”, but when you get there they tell you that the attorney could not make it from Charlotte and they will go ahead and sign you up. This is the unauthorized practice of law and you and your Realtor should not participate in it.
