Auctioneer Roger Hughes reports 100% success with two properties sold on the day and a third sold prior: • 111 Pioneer Rd East Corrimal - $710,000 • 62 Storey St Fairy Meadow - $630,000 • 3/11 Thalassa Ave East Corrimal - $380,000 Utilising a combination of auction and private treaty methods, condensed into a 20 day format, sales assistant Jade O’Byrne commented that “although the lead up was incredibly busy, the result and feedback from vendors and buyers alike was extremely positive”. A key difference is the ‘ Open Offers Window’ on the Monday prior to Saturdays auction. This allows buyers that are not comfortable with the Auction format to put forth their best offer in a hope they can entice the vendor to sell prior.
