ort Macquarie architects Chris Jenkins Design have transformed a very average single storey 1980’s project home into a very modern and exciting new house to meet the needs of a growing family, within a modest budget. The new design added another storey to the existing house and re-planned it to provide every room with an ocean view. The centre of the house has been gutted to create a two storey void over the kitchen, living and dining rooms, which are linked to an existing courtyard containing a swimming
