MEET GINA

My name is Gina Mancuso and I’ve lived in San Diego for over 23 years. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, I came to this beautiful place in 1999 seeking gorgeous weather, the ocean, and a slightly bigger city. I fell in love with all of it and never went back. I’ve lived in Pacific Beach, Carmel Valley, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Encinitas, and Carlsbad so I have experience all up and down the coast of San Diego.

In Omaha, I spent three years as a real estate assistant and then moved to San Diego. I have over 25 years of experience in advertising across all platforms, including traditional and digital media. I own an advertising agency and have for the last 16 years. This expertise allows me to market homes effectively and efficiently. I understand how media works and I can utilize different tactics to sell your home. I am not afraid to invest in advertising because I know it works when done properly. This is a weapon that is very unique in real estate because the advertising landscape has changed so much and become so fragmented that most agents are overwhelmed and intimidated so they only do the basics if anything at all.

My territory includes all of San Diego; however, my focus is on North County. La Jolla, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Encinitas, Carlsbad (including La Costa), Rancho Santa Fe, Oceanside, Vista, and San Marcos.

I am a mother to two beautiful teenagers that are the center of my universe, I play tennis, love to travel, and spend time with all of my amazing friends. And I am a die-hard Padres fan! I go to as many games as my friends and family can tolerate!

However, we must ensure preparations are done up front — unnecessary items are removed, space has been created, and a plan is implemented for the best times to show the home; then, the final prep and inviting touches are easy for me to add around your busy schedule.
