In order to best market your property with digital, print, and experiential advertising, my minimum listing period is six months. My recommendation is a year agreement so that you are included in my media plan. This strategic plan drives qualified buyers from our key feeder markets.
WILL YOU CUT YOUR COMMISSION?
I do not cut commissions. I genuinely give my all to selling one of my listings. That includes hiring top photographers, videographers, and investing in my strategic marketing plan that’s specifically for your home.
