Joanna Woolley... was raised near Oxford, England. She moved to the U.S. in 1979 with her husband where they worked together on their family farm in Kentucky. In 1989 they decided to move further west to the high plains of Colorado, where they developed a business producing free-range pork and beef. In 2002 after selling their family business and being lured by the wonderful climate and lifestyle, they continued their move west to Southern California. Joanna now lives with her husband and three sons on a ten-acre property in Valley Center, with an endless view, where they grow organic citrus and exotic flowers. Being surrounded by such amazing properties and landscapes revealed a deep personal interest, and prompted her start in the real estate industry shortly after moving to North County San Diego, where she now specializes in country residential properties, particularly in Valley Center, Fallbrook, Bonsall, Escondido, Rancho Bernardo, and Poway. Joanna specializes in addressing the real estate needs of those age 50+ and has a deep knowledge in helping her clients make a lifestyle transition in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. Pam Parton... is a native Californian and has lived in various areas of San Diego County for over 35 years. She currently owns a home in Oceanside where she lives with her husband, two sons and her mother. She began her real estate career in 2005 in Escondido and has grown her business in all areas of North County San Diego, concentrating in Oceanside, San Marcos, Escondido, and Valley Center. Pam continues to educate herself to specialize in the individual needs of a variety of clientele, but has always been passionate about helping her Veteran and Military families, whether they are first-time home buyers, or relocating across the country.
