PREPARING AND SHOWING THE HOME I will help you prepare your home to match buyer’s expectations, arranging the right showings, and recommending relevant experts if needed.

CONSULTATION AND NEGOTIATION I will provide consultation when purchase offers are received. I will then negotiate the best possible price and terms for you, find home-related service providers, and take care of all the documentation details.

CLOSING I promise to keep you fully informed about all activities that lead to the transaction closing.
