This is the craziest seller's market in decades... and Sabine Jacques helped us buy our DREAM HOUSE at a discount! In this market, for a buyer's agent to "win" a bid, they need to be knowledgeable, trusted, and most importantly, have established great relationships throughout the community. According to Similarweb. com, industry-wide there was a significant decrease in traffic to real estate websites, primarily in the last quarter of the year. Sothebysrealty.com garnered 404 million overall page views and property video plays grew an amazing 50% year over year, reaching over 57 million video plays in 2022 compared to 38 million video plays in 2021. Philanthropy Begins At Home
Each of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty’s brokerage offices across the Puget Sound region is ingrained in the neighborhoods and cities where they’re located, promoting a culture of care and support. From holiday toy drives and family adoptions to events where we open our doors to our neighbors, creating a positive impact in the communities that we live in and serve is of the utmost importance. In 2023, RSIR and its contributing agents co-sponsored a charitable gift through the Jones Family Foundation of $100,000, targeting the completion of the final 12 residences through New Story in Titanyen, Haiti, and completing a vision to turn a homeless community into a thriving enclave for the hopeful.
NEW STORY
New Story is a non-profit working to create a world where no human lives in survival mode by providing one of life’s most basic needs—shelter. Their 100% model ensures that every penny of each donation goes to build homes while organization overhead is covered by private donors. The current $7,000 homes are built to last for generations and each donation is paired directly with a family. Help build a home for a family in Mexico and we can give them the boost they need to break free from the cycle of poverty!

To date, the generous contributions of the Sotheby’s International Realty® network have funded over 150 homes in Haiti and Mexico through the New Story partnership.
The most recent work funded the building of safe homes for 83 families in communities of Totolapan and Tlyacapan in Morelos, Mexico after disastrous earthquakes in 2017 left their previous homes in ruin and unable to afford to build new homes on their own.
