HOW FABULOUS IT WAS!

Netter Real Estate enjoyed a banner year in 2022.

We have had beach parties, holiday parties, sales meetings and seminars. We hosted Mardi Gras, Cinco de Mayo, many pool parties and a momentous wedding for our 80-year-old Mama and Papa. We welcomed newcomers who want to earn and learn the real estate business the right way!

Many newcomers recently got their real estate licenses. The market was so hot that if you placed any home on the market it would sell for top dollar. That is not the forecast for the next few years. The pundits tell us that as an industry, there could be a reduction of licensees upwards of 20-30%. So, while those miniature Gatsby years have been a blast, we at Netter know what to do: continue to work for our clients with respect, knowledge, professionalism and honor. Same adage: The STRONG WILL SURVIVE.

We didn’t grow Netter Real Estate to become an island-wide real estate monolith. Instead, we have focused on remaining the most respected boutique source of representation for our island-wide clientele.
