This credit facility is utilized by adding properties to the line via individual loans on each property. The terms below pertain to 1-4 residential properties. We offer multiple options for your line and we provide flexibility based on the volume you anticipate over the coming years. Your points and interest rate will be determined by the amount of volume you are doing and the amount of down payment you plan on investing. Anders Lending is a division of Anders Capital Group - a company comprised of individuals with a solid background in Real Estate Investing, Lending, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Banking, and Construction. The founders of our company have helped orchestrate the renovations and sales of over 2,000 homes over the past two decades. Also, we have built and managed rental portfolios of 1,000+ properties. There are many variables that go into making a decision to lend, but our underwriting lethod is unique in that we take a subjective, common sense approach to assessing each project - which is typically a combination of the borrower’s experience and the project itself. At the end of the day, our goal is to work closely with our clients to loan them the money they need for their project to be successful.
