*All qualified sales must be original Scott Felder Homes (“SFH”) contracts written between January 1, 2019 and November 30, 2019. Sell ONE home and you’re enrolled in SFH’s Co-Broker Loyalty Program! Sell TWO homes between 1/1/19 and 11/30/19 and qualify for a 1% bonus on your 2nd SFH closing. Sell THREE homes between 1/1/19 and 11/30/19 and qualify for a 2% bonus, entitling you to a 5% total commission on your third, and all subsequent closings for the remainder of 2019!
