Rachel’s Kitchen is adding a new location in Town Square Las Vegas shopping center.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the landscape of our community in so many ways. Among the hardest hit are small, locally owned businesses, the lifeblood of any city. Early last year, Rachel’s Kitchen was on its way to an 8th location in our valley, but COVIC-19 put a stop to that expansion. Instead, founder Debbie Roxarzade and every other business owner had to get lean and reinvent their business model to stay alive. Now, a year later, our business environment is coming back to life and Roxarzade is proud to announce that 8th location will soon be holding its grand opening for Rachel’s Kitchen fans. “We are so excited to see our Town Square addition to the Rachel’s Kitchen family. Construction is underway and we’re hoping to be inviting guests to our grand opening in June. It’s been a long time coming, but this new location signals our strength as a company and culinary offering. We’re honored that so many neighbors enjoy our Rachel’s Kitchen and our wholesome food and delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.” The new location will be a franchise owned by Terry Bishop, a longtime Las Vegan with deep roots in the local food industry. Stay tuned for updates on the new addition and grand opening plans. We are happy to have our locations open for dine-in, as well as take-out, curbside, delivery, and catering.
