They closed their business briefly but quickly adjusted their business model and set up an outside seating area, with a canopy and would only allow one customer in the office at a time. They set up appointments and allowed people to sit in their car and they texted them when ready instead of them having to wait around. They implemented UV sanitation sterilization and sterilized all equipment after each guest.

When some businesses took a major hit, other business pivoted and flourished. Benito and Lori were grateful to gain new contracts, they relied on loyal clients who were willing to make appointments and they scheduled mobile events to stay afloat during that time.
They quickly realized they needed to change office locations and undergo construction to allow social distancing and created a secluded section for those being printed.
Through it all, Benito and Lori have always taken pride in all they have achieved in assisting their family and community. Covid took a toll on their business and relationship as it did with many other businesses, but they found creative ways to survive the ride. From walking to class together every day as teenagers to driving to work every day together as business owners, their love for each other has been tested, grown and also flourished through it all.
