Message from the President Welcome to the LEO Annual Report 2016. It has been an amazing year. In April 2015 we celebrated 150 weeks of LEO. It’s extraordinary to look back and realise how far we have come in those 150 weeks. With just four people, led by Atif and me, we took the seeds of an idea and with hard work and dedication, a staggering 180,000+ Members in over 120 countries now share the same vision. With the rapid growth and success that LEO has enjoyed, many other companies would have taken the decision to take a break. This is not the LEO way. We are still in build mode and 2015 has been focused on building new markets. Atif and I, supported by our team, started a Founders’ Tour that took us to dozens of new markets spreading the word through the Discover LEO programme, supporting Members, conducting training and raising the LEO profile. And this push has already led to some incredible results. There are many new markets such as The Philippines, Thailand, USA and others that have all now joined the LEO family. I am so pleased with these results.

At the same time 2015 has not been an easy year. Growing this business was never meant to be easy and there have been many challenges that we have had to overcome. This has been a year that has highlighted the value of loyalty and commitment and thanks to the resilience of our Leaders and the incredible hard work of our Members and staff, despite these challenges, LEO is starting 2016 in a stronger position than ever before.

Of course the most disruptive, and exciting, news is the launch of LEOcrowd in January 2016. As it becomes harder and harder for businesses to raise money, more and more entrepreneurs have looked for alternatives. They have exciting and disruptive ideas, but cannot access the money they need. Crowdfunding provides the best solution to this global challenge - and LEOcrowd is our answer. What will make LEOcrowd stand out is that we have a unique dynamic mix. We not only have a global Member base of hundreds of thousands in 120 countries around the world but we also use digital currency which elevates LEOcrowd to among the most advanced

LEOcrowd is the big news for the start of the year, but our Members in Bali have also heard about the launch of other new initiatives and some exciting news about LEOcoin. At LEO we are passionate about new ideas and entrepreneurship and LEOcrowd is our vision for how we can help more of these ideas become realities. But as you can see from the successes of 2015, we don’t just support entrepreneurship, we live it.

LEO Business Strategy Utilise the power of social media and networks to reach large numbers of people. Recognise the common desire of people to learn and work in a social context. Establish strategic partnerships with vendors and suppliers to gain access to best-of-breed eLearning products. Develop an Internet marketing strategy for those who wish to promote products on line. Utilise traditional word of mouth ‘relationship marketing’, face-to-face meetings, conference calls, opportunity meetings and seminars to grow the business in terms of Members and end users. Support our Members in the field whenever and wherever it is needed; by opening offices, running PR campaigns, providing training and participating in Member organised events. This strategy enables LEO to create, and rapidly grow, a global business that serves humanity by enabling anyone with the motivation and commitment to LEARN, EARN and ultimately OWN a business. The ultimate objective is to create hundreds of thousands of successful, Member-owned businesses, across the globe.

LEO ECOSYSTEM The LEO ecosystem gives a structure to the integrated components of the ever expanding LEO group.

LEOcoin LEOcoin was forged in May 2014. It is designed to be a world currency and the currency of choice for entrepreneurs and ordinary people. LEOcoin has been built to be as simple and straight forward as possible. It is designed to have mass market appeal and has the potential to rock the foundations of financial systems the world over.By making the currency open and accessible to anyone it will encourage entrepreneurs and ordinary people to take on the LEOcoin as an alternative to fiat currency; or cold hard cash.

LEOxChange

LEO Marketplace LEO Marketplace is a global platform for buying and selling products. LEO Marketplace is designed, and operates specifically, to provide LEO Members with opportunities to buy products and services supplied exclusively by LEO Merchants; many of whom will want to accept LEOcoin as a method of payment.

The LEOxChange trading platform is open to the public, offering top of the range, secure, technology to give the digital currency community the opportunity to trade a range of digital currencies including LEOcoin, 24x7, from anywhere in the world.

LEO Cafe

LEO is a company that wants to bring a better quality of life to every individual. We are aware that we have to share our success with others; help them to have at least an opportunity to follow their dreams. LEO Charity is a mechanism to help others, not so fortunate as we are, to reach their dreams.

As part of the LEO journey, entrepreneurs may wish to branch out on their own; opening a brand new business in their local town. LEO offers, as part of the Own programme, the opportunity for Members to own a LEO Cafe franchise.

LEO Tower LEO Tower, started in 2012, is a property investment company with a portfolio of projects around the globe. Every LEO Member has the right to aspire to own something now as a reward for their efforts and as a legacy for their family. As Members build their businesses they can invest in LEO Tower and build a property portfolio for their long-term enjoyment.

LEARN–EARN–OWN LEO has developed an entrepreneurship programme under three headings: “Learn – Earn – Own”.

LEARN A portfolio focused on entrepreneurship, aimed at developing the skills and knowledge of budding entrepreneurs and for all those who wish to improve their business and life skills. It comprises eLearning, eTutoring, live seminars and technology products.

eLearning eLearning is a range o on-line courses that can be accessed whenever and wherever you want. With eLearning the course is self paced, available 24x7, with regular assessment and at the end you are tested and if you achieved the right level of learning you get a certificate. LEO CoreLine provides real insights from successful entrepreneurs who have built high growth businesses through ambitious ideas and combined practical training workshops with inspiring interviews. Our entrepreneurs are industry experts, highly experienced in their field, eager to share their entrepreneurship journey with you. LEO Skills provides a range of over 100 on-line courses with certification, endorsement or accreditation by recognised bodies. LEO Skills courses cover almost every aspect of becoming a successful entrepreneur. LEO Lingua is an array of courses that teach a wide spectrum of the world’s most spoken languages. These courses are delivered in partnership with Rosetta Stone. LEO Lingua is available in 24 languages.

eTutoring LEO eTutoring adds that extra dimension to the learning process. It is a virtual classroom accessible from the comfort of your home allowing you to learn from tutors from around the world, ‘face to face’ and in your own language. With LEO eTutoring ANYONE will be able to provide LEO Members with classes on subjects that they are knowledgeable on and are passionate about. Tutors set the schedule and the price and deliver it in the language they choose. The courses are varied and include a wide range of leisure activities as well as the business skills and personal development courses you would expect from LEO.

Live Seminars LEO Live Seminars are an opportunity to learn from world-leading trainers invited to your country. The opportunity to meet with like-minded people and to share experiences and advice cannot be overstated. The sessions are led by world-leading experts in their fields. They deliver such life-changing advice that we engage with them again and again all over the world.

EARN Those who have developed their entrepreneurial skills in the Learn step have the opportunity to set up their own business promoting the ‘Learn portfolio’. One of our pre-suppositions is that “Members are the heart of our business” so we compensate our Members in ways never before done in this industry. One of the most powerful statements we have is that “You can, not only earn by building your own downline, but you also take part in the success of your up-line and side-lines through our state of the art marketing plan.” LEO provides a personal website, web shop and back office system to support Members as they develop their LEO business. The back office system calculates and distributes income to its Members based upon the product sales generated by Members and their sales organisations as defined in the LEO Marketing Plan. The web site and back office systems address all aspects of the business and conforms to Members’ local legal and regulatory requirements.

OWN Aimed at solving the final piece of the entrepreneurship puzzle. A ground- breaking programme called LEO Ownership has been developed, in which the company gives Members who opt-in the opportunity to invest in something permanent that benefits the Member and their family in the long term.

LEO Lakeside - Canada Partnering with a local developer, LEO Tower will be building 44 luxury lakeside cabins in the beautiful area of Muskoka in the Ontario region. These cabins will be in the land of the rich and famous.

LEO Equity Plan Members resident in the USA and Canada can opt-in to the programme which comprises voting class shares with dividend benefits in LEO USA Inc. Those who are building the LEO business in the USA get to benefit from its growth and as the shares will also yield a dividend it offers a second income stream potential.

LEOcrowd LEOcrowd is a Crowd Funding platform that connects people who want to secure funding for a project with people who want to fund such projects in return for a reward or equity. Why is this needed? As it becomes harder and harder for businesses to raise money, more and more entrepreneurs have looked for alternatives. They have exciting and disruptive ideas, but cannot access the money they need. Crowdfunding provides the best solution to this global challenge. What is it? Put simply - LEOcrowd is an online platform that will connect people who want to secure funding for a project with people who want to fund such projects in return for a reward or equity. Whether the funds are required to record a music album, to write a book, design an exciting new product or just to build a property portfolio, the global Crowdfunding tribe help. There are two parties to Crowdfunding: Backers and Project Creators. Members can participate as Backers and as Project Creators. Backers pledge money and get a reward from the Project Creator. A Project Creator is the person or team behind a project idea, working to bring it to life. Every Project Creator sets their project’s funding goal and deadline. If Backers like the project, they pledge money to make it happen. If the project succeeds in reaching its funding goal, all Backers are charged when the time expires. If the project falls short, no one is charged. Funding on LEOcrowd is all-or-nothing. The Project Creator needs to deliver the reward promised and can receive his funding in a range of major currencies including LEOcoin and Bitcoin.

This gives Members an alternative opportunity to use their LEOcoin to support exciting new business ideas.

History of LEO Founded in 2012 by Dan Andersson and Atif Kamran, who between them have over 35 years’ experience in the Direct Selling industry including experience of building Global organisations of up to 20 million Members. Dan and Atif have attracted a core team of experienced multinational corporate executives who are currently building LEO on five continents. The company has also recruited highly motivated and skilled field sales leaders, as well as corporate managers and established local offices, all in order to create a scalable model of high-touch market presence. Since it was launched the company has seen an exponential growth in its member base and has achieved a large number of significant strategic milestones:

Learning Enterprises Organisation Ltd was incorporated in March 2012 and owns all of the assets and intellectual property of the company.

2012 20/12/2012 LEO was formally launched to an audience of over 2,500 Members from 13 countries. 2012 Regional headquarters was opened in Dubai United Arab Emirates. December 2012 saw the launch of the first LTab.

2013 May 2013 Global Leaders’ Summit in Dubai. Introduction of the Ownership programme, LEO Tower June 2013 membership reaches 10,000 from 50 countries. December 2013 Global Leaders’ Summit in Bangkok. In 2013 offices in Hong Kong, India, Egypt and Germany opened. LEO’s 1st Birthday and Global Leaders’ Summit took place in Bangkok Thailand on 20.12.2013 attended by over 500 Members from around the world. LEO Tower launched the new property projects, LEO Haciendas in Spain and LEO Village in Portugal, under the umbrella of Ownership.

2014 LEO Cultural Exchange, Shanghai, August 2014, was attended by 2,500 people from 11 countries. August 2014. Members numbered 50,000 from 100 countries. September 2014. Toronto office pre-launched in front of 400 Members from 12 countries and celebrated qualification for membership of the Canadian DSA. November 2014. Board of Directors Dan Andersson. President, CEO and Co-Founder Dan is an extremely diversified executive with over 25 years of experience in training, business development, direct sales and running successful businesses. Dan’s most relevant experience was when he was a training consultant. He started from the ground up and built a consultancy firm and contributed to some of Europe’s most successful companies. His clients included Toyota, DHL, Phillips, Digital Equipment, some of the largest retailers in the UK, banks, professional service firms, and a whole cross section of modern and traditional business. After being a successful consultant he found himself back in direct selling when a UK Telecoms company asked him to join them as European Sales Director. After that he joined one of the largest Chinese companies in the world and ended up as one of six Vice Presidents. Dan was responsible for the 24 countries in Europe, as well as Israel, Canada and USA. He was pitched to join an entrepreneurial startup, and from a base of 300 distributors, during the time when he was President the business grew to 13 million accounts through an innovative hybrid of social networking and direct selling. In early 2012, he elected to leave the business to pursue his own vision. LEO is that vision. Together with his friend and business partner, Atif Kamran, he launched LEO in 2012. LEO has grown into a large global organization. LEO now has 10 offices around the world and more than 180,000 Members in over 120 countries!

Atif Kamran. Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder Atif lives in London, UK. He is fluent in four languages and has a wealth of international business experience. He was born in Pakistan and has lived and worked in the UK, Dubai, Bangladesh, China, Germany, Turkey, Africa, Middle East along with many other countries in Eastern Europe. Prior to LEO, Atif was involved with a business that created a social community with millions of members worldwide. Atif also worked as the European Training Manager for one of the world’s top direct selling companies. He has travelled across Europe and supported and trained tens of thousands of independent distributors. Having worked as a successful field leader and also on the corporate side, his experience enables him to understand business needs on both sides. As Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder of the business, he is corporate but his primary focus is to lead our Members and teach them how to work and grow their LEO business. He often says “There is a lion inside everyone. You just have to unleash that potential inside you to achieve success beyond your wildest imagination.”

Geraldine Aquino. Chief Operating Officer Geraldine brings over 20 years of experience in all areas of direct sales, from field representative to corporate executive. As a child growing up in a direct selling home, she quickly discovered that direct sales was the perfect avenue for women to realize their goals and dreams while trying to balance a family and work life. At a very young age, she gained respect and passion for an industry that can literally change a woman’s life overnight. When one woman’s life changes, so do the lives of her children and everyone around her. Time and again, Geraldine has witnessed how someone coming into this industry, with no experience and very little investment, could follow a training plan and get on track to becoming a successful entrepreneur. Through her roles as Vice-President of Sales, General Manager, Director of Sales Development and Training, and Executive Director, Geraldine has led established and start-up companies to enormous success. As a hands on direct sales field leader and an established corporate executive, she combines the best of both worlds: a love for working in and with the field as well as the proven skills and knowledge necessary to operate and build a successful company.

Sohail Ramzan. Chief Technology Officer Sohail holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with Majors in Management Information System. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute USA (PMI USA). Sohail holds an impressive track record of successfully and effectively managing IT departments including all aspects relating to HR, infrastructure/technology, software needs analysis, development, implementation, configuration and change management as well as systems support and maintenance. As a PMP Certified Professional Project Manager, he established a Project Management Office (PMO) at one of the leading Oracle Certified Partner Companies in Pakistan. His recent project with USAID has given him exposure to work with international funding agencies and global project execution models. He has provided IT consultancy and Project Management Services to diversified industries such as Aviation, Oil and Energy sector, Utilities sector, Trading companies, Textile industry, Law enforcement agencies, International funding agencies and of course to the Direct Selling Industry. Bernard Landi [FCCA]. Chief Financial Officer As a professional accountant of many years standing, Bernard has been made a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has held numerous Finance positions with multinational corporations including Dun and Bradstreet, prior to starting his own private practice in 1996. Landi Accounting now has a wide portfolio of clients, with the majority being in the Advertising and Direct Marketing sectors. Within this sector they have clients in Media, Advertising, Public Relations, Online and Digital Media Agencies. Most clients are international, with many having links in the USA and Asia. For most of his larger clients, Bernard acts as their Finance Director.

LEO Compliance and Openness We want to put a stake in the ground and say ‘we are committed to the high ethical and business practice standards set by the DSA’ and that we are determined to pass examination by the DSA in every country where we do business. In doing this we not only establish our reputation everywhere we do business but we also establish LEO as being a significant player in the direct sales arena. LEO is a full member of the Direct Selling Association in the United Kingdom and the Direct Sellers Association in Canada.

In 2014 we received a positive opinion from the Competition Bureau in Canada, an independent law enforcement agency that ensures that businesses operating in Canada and Canadian consumers prosper in a competitive and innovative marketplace. LEO was proud to be a sponsor at the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations congress held in Brazil in November 2014. May 2015 saw LEO sponsor the UK DSA Annual Conference that celebrated their 50th Anniversary. During 2015 we joined the DSAs in USA, the Philippines and Australia as prospective members.

LEO founders and management see it as a CORE VALUE to be good corporate citizens. We aim to adhere to the HIGHEST COMPLIANCE STANDARDS in each country we operate and if that’s not high enough, to raise the bar. As a company we aim to work with and JOIN DSAs wherever possible in countries in which we operate. We also aim to make every attempt to ESTABLISH A DSA (where practical) in countries where one does not exist.

Summary LEO offers individuals the opportunity to be part of a new paradigm in both direct selling and education. Our business should not be thought of simply as eLearning – just as the computer and the internet have revolutionised every aspect of our lives, make no mistake, they will transform the way in which we learn. The only surprise is possibly that it hasn’t happened sooner, and it is down to a few key factors. First, the learning needs to be offered where it is easy to find, easy to pick up, leave and come back to. We have a world- class solution for this, which has taken years to develop with millions of pounds invested. Second, there must be a community, a network, and feedback. Just learning online is too isolating which makes eLearning and relationship marketing a perfect synergy with a natural community and feedback element. Third, an efficient virtual distribution network is needed to promote eLearning products and opportunities across the world. If relationship marketing did not exist before LEO, then you’d have to create it! Finally, it must seek to innovate and disrupt estalished ways of doing things. It must always look for new ways of improving the status quo and defining the cutting edge. In summary, this is the business that relationship marketers and aspiring entrepreneurs have been waiting for. It is a legacy business, where participants can not only achieve massive success for themselves, but in doing so, they can be truly proud of what their business achieves and the benefit of their product referrals to customers.
