Our Student Services and Health and Wellbeing teams can help with any issues you may experience. They can offer advice on all areas, such as: • Health and wellbeing • Academic support • Counselling services • Accommodation and transport • Financial and career support • Medical and personal support • Social and sports activities

If you’re experiencing problems with mental wellbeing, homesickness, relationships, gender identity, drugs and alcohol, bullying, workload, financial difficulties, bereavement, or simply want to chat, our Wellbeing advisors are always available to help!

The Health and Wellbeing Centre is fully accessible and appointments can be made face to face, via Microsoft Teams, text or over the phone.

UCR Inclusive Learning Team

Our Inclusive Learning Team offers advice to students with disabilities and learning support needs such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, and wider mental health needs.

Because we care about every individual that steps through our doors, we ensure that you will receive the support you need and provide confidential advice and guidance.

We are an Approved Assessment Centre for the Disabled Student Allowance (DSA), and can help you throughout the whole process should you need to discuss your needs.

Faith support

You can also talk to our Chaplain about matters of spirituality, religion, or any other problem you may have. We offer a weekly faith group, and a prayer room is available to use at any time.
