Dave Johnson farms a 380 dairy herd on 550 acres with his wife, family and four full time staff near Bridgnorth. The farm has 70 acres of maize and 55 acres of wholecrop wheat and they forage their own silage. Included in the fleet of machinery are four John Deere tractors, a JCB, a Ford Tractor and a gator.

We have also recently purchased filters, oils and even new skids and rubbers for the Browns yard scraper. W.H. Gittins based at Ruyton XI Towns, just outside of Oswestry, used to be large potato/ sugar beet farm that moved into growing cereals and diversified to installing a digester around 10 years ago. The heat from the digester is used to dry lucerne and grass on the drying floors. Since 2013 Rea Valley Tractors has supplied and supported the business with machinery and the current fleet has six John Deeres with RVT precision ag technology, JCB loaders, Bailey Trailers and attachments include Kuhn Ploughs and Mconnel discaerators.

We like to buy British and we bought our JCB from RVT. Since we purchased the machine any issues arising have been resolved and the backup support has been exceptional.
