Different strategies for Improving our results:

Which strategies did you use in the workshop? 1. Trial and error (each time we slightly improve the outcomes to the work) 2. Insight, restructuring the problem (we change perspective, we change our strategy entirely)


What are the pros and cons of changing a working strategy? Pros: >Possibility to learn more >New outcomes >New experience >Possibility to achieve leap frog improvements


What are the pros and cons of changing a working strategy? Cons: >Wasting time >Risky >Leaving a comfortable situation >Doesn't always lead to better results


What influenced your creativity during the workshop?

Internal Factors: fear of making mistakes, fear of judgement, low motivation, personality traits – willingness to take risks, to grow, to be open...intellectual abilities such as divergent, analytical and communicational skills

External Factors: time, competition, evaluation, cooperation, constraints * Which of these factors had the greatest influence on your creative process?

Rules: >how do rules and constraints effect our creativity? >Which constraints are external and which are internal? >When do we perceive the reinterpretation of rules as cheating and when do we perceive it as creativity? >Which work strategy did you follow (neo-Darwinian or neoLamarkian)? > Are constraints just negative or can they also be positive?
