Instructor: Dawn MacDonald Learn what yoga is all about with this introduction to yoga class. We will start slowly for those with no experience. Over the 8 weeks you will learn the basic poses and how to do them safely for your body. During the process of doing yoga, you will relax, stretch, build strength, and improve your balance. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel, and a water bottle.

Instructor: Dawn MacDonald Merge basic yoga postures with breathing to create a heat-building workout. A cardiovascular workout that combines strength and stretching poses to lengthen and strengthen muscles. Basic yoga experience recommended although class is designed for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel, and a water bottle.
