Hello again,

Here we are. Some of you might be back in school, while others are attending school virtually and I encourage you to continue learning. However, please do so safely as you are precious gems, and our future is with you. You are strong, capable, loving, and smart.

Remember this is the time to educate yourself. Speak up about things and let yourself be heard. You are an important part of our world. You are important earthlings.

Read books and look for information online to help you be a stronger you.

As we head into the holidays, I imagine us all spreading compassion and love, Peace begins on our food plate. Please keep moving forward, for a vegan world.
