The Vimy Foundation is a not-forprofit organization whose mission is to maintain and enhance the memory of Vimy Ridge and, by extension, Canada’s remarkable First World War contributions.

The four colour bands represent the four Canadian Divisions comprised of approximately 100,000 men who fought for the first time as a united force at Vimy Ridge.
