Year 6 Camp Report

The Year 6 students recently returned from their first school camp of the year, and what a trip it was! Despite the wet weather, the students braved the elements and had an incredible time at the Great Aussie Bush Camp in Tea Gardens.

Some of the highlights of the trip were the flying fox, giant swing, and mud run. These adventurous activities provided the students with a thrilling experience and allowed them to test their limits. The raft building activity was also a great success, with the students working together to build and navigate their rafts.

In the evenings, the students gathered around a warm bonfire and roasted marshmallows while the camp leaders regaled them with captivating stories. This was a great opportunity for the students to bond and make new friends.

The trip was a wonderful success, and the Year 6 students should be proud of their resilience and positive attitude in the face of the wet weather. We look forward to seeing more of these amazing experiences from our students as the year progresses.
