CHARGES for doctor & acc visits Enrolled Patients • Children up to 6 years: FREE • Children and young people 6-17 years: $5.00 • Adults: 18 years and over: $15.00 65 years and over: $10.00 • Follow up children and adults: $5.00 - $15.00 Non-Enrolled Patients • Children under 6 years: FREE • Children 6-17 years: $20.00 • Adults: $45.00 Other fees may apply, for example surgical procedures. PAYMENT IS MADE ON ARRIVAL FOR AN APPOINTMENT (If you have difficulty with payment please talk to a staff member)
West Fono is a member of the Health WEST Primary Health Organisation.
Repeat Prescription This maybe at the doctor’s discretion. Please request these at least a day before you require them we will have the script ready for you by lunchtime the next day. There is a fee for this service.
Lab Test Results If there are any concerns regarding your tests we will phone you. It is preferable that an appointment is made to discuss the lab results with your doctor.
Appointments For WINZ forms, repeat prescriptions you will need to book an appointment for the next day.
Extended Appointments If you feel that you require more than 15 minutes, please advise the person making an appointment so the more time can be allocated. Please also note that an extended appointment will have an additional fee. Our services respect your privacy and your records remain confidential. We welcome your comments on how we can improve our service. If you have any complaint you can fill out a form or talk to a staff member. Suggestions and complaints forms are available in the clinic waiting room. Our staff speak a number of different Pacific languages.
