s a tribute to this courage, Redfish has created a collection for Fall 2013 inspired by the jovial spirit of artist Frida Kahlo. Her love of traditional and colourful clothes and the graphic and surrealistic elements that she used in her work are found within this collection. Redfish introduces the Flor de la Vida Dress and the Isola Dress set for infants, along with favourites like the T-Shirt Swing, the Utility Vest, and the Black and White Striped leggings. TERMS AND CONDITIONS NEW STORE APPLICATION FORM
All stores requesting to carry Redfish Kids Clothing must fill out a New Store Application Form.
LIMITED RUNS AND REPLENISHMENTS
Redfish Kids Clothing sources materials year round, often purchasing unique fabrics available only in limited quantities. While these items are generally not offered through seasonal line sheets, retailers may inquire as to stock availability at any time of year and will be advised of inventory available for purchase. In addition to special offerings, Redfish Kids Clothing often stocks basics for mid-season replenishments. We welcome stock inquiries during any time of year and will do our best to meet these demands.
MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNTS
Redfish Kids Clothing requires a minimum order amount as follows: Orders within Canada require a minimum order of $500.00 Order from the United States require a minimum order of $1000.00 International orders (outside of the US or Canada) require a minimum order of $1500.00 All replenishments require a minimum order of $300
CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed, you will be sent an email asking for order confirmation. We can begin production on your order only after you have sent us back a confirmation email. We require a 30% deposit before production will begin. We cannot begin production on your order until we receive this deposit.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments to Redfish Kids Clothing can be made by Telepay, cheque, bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. Cheques should be made payable to “Redfish Kids Clothing” with approved order form attached. All NSF cheques carry a $75 fee. Orders will be shipped only once payment has been received. Should full payment not be received for the balance of your last order, interest of 6% will accrue until balance is paid in full. All balances must be resolved within 3 months of the first order and will be charged to the credit card on file. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you must add $35 to your total to cover the bank transfer fee. If you pay by Paypal, you must add 4% to your total as that is the processing fee that Paypal charges.
ORDER DELAYS
Based on the individuality of our clothing, we must adhere to a “first come first serve” practice. Redfish Kids Clothing will ship all available clothes within 60 days of the order date. Should an order be delayed from shipping due to the customer’s request past 60 days, the order will be considered cancelled and the appropriate cancellation fee will be applied. Special arrangements can be made beyond this timeline with a call to our customer service representative. Should the retailer not be in a position to accept goods based on their specified ship date, a 10 % warehousing fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
SHIPPING
UPS is our primary shipping method. Redfish Kids Clothing commits to shipping all orders within 2 weeks after approved order and payment have been received. Shipments will be made only after the full payment is received. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders are CUSTOM with sizing and styles offered on a first come first serve basis. Cancellation of orders must be submitted in writing prior to the ship date. Note: 15% of order total will be charged to your credit card for cancellations. If you decide to cancel your order at any time this 15% will be taken from the 30% paid upon ordering.
RETURN POLICY
Merchandise may only be returned if a shipping error has occurred (item received does not correspond with approved order) or the item is damaged. All returns must be made within 5 DAYS of receipt of goods. All orders must be authorized for return prior to being shipped back. Should an order be returned via mail without proper authorization, we reserve the right to keep your order. Under no circumstances will your order be returned to you if proper authorization was not provided. Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Returns take approximately 2-4 weeks for processing. We also make every effort to ensure that sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible to standard sizing. Returns may be charged a 20% restocking fee.

All trademarks, service marks and trade copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without permission. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of Redfish Kids Clothing Inc. copyright and other proprietary rights. For purposes of these terms, the use of any such material on any other website or networked computer environment is prohibited. All trademarks, service marks and trade names are proprietary Redfish Kids Clothing Inc. property. Stores are not allowed to advertise less than 5% off the MSRPO. E-bay postings are severely restricted.
