INGREDIENTS • 2 tablespoons olive oil • brown onion, finely chopped • garlic cloves, sliced • g pump in, peeled, seeded, cut into cm pieces • cups ampbell s eal Stoc Vegetable • g sliced pancetta, torn optional for a vegetarian option) • 2 tablespoons torn sage leaves • g p t ready made gnocchi

METHOD Step 1 eat half the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. oo onion and garlic for minutes. dd pump in and stoc and bring to the boil. educe heat and simmer, covered, for minutes or until pump in is tender.
