Conclusion
Companies that use Technological Institutes
REDIT is the backbone of the Valencian Community. The study demonstrates the capillarity of the Technological Institutes in the companies of the regions where they are located.
03 Territorial impact in Spain
User companies (associates and clients) of REDIT’s Technological Institutes in Spain
Conclusion
REDIT’s Technological Centres have a proven dissemination at national level, especially in regions with significant industrial weight. This shows that the model chosen for the technological centres in Valencia is appropriate for and adapted to the region, but has a nation-wide impact.
Final conclusions
01
Technological Centres have proven to be tools to support business innovation.
02
The services of the Technological Institutes cover the whole territory of the Valencian Community. This requires specific support instruments for the promotion of innovation in SMEs.
03
The Technological Centre is a Valencian model with national impact.
REDIT and the Valencian model of technological centre: a model adapted to the industrial fabric of the Valencian Community made up of small, sectorally diversified and geographically dispersed companies. A network specialised in SMEs, linked to the sectors and close to the factories. Important territorial capillarity of REDIT: privileged position to detect business needs. The promotion and supply of innovation services to SMEs throughout the territory requires proximity (physical and cognitive), resources and specific support tools. An open instrument with a national presence for the promotion of business innovation throughout Spain.
