SPA ETIQUETTE Your Treatment: Guests must complete a medical questionnaire, so please arrive 30 minutes before your treatment time. Skin patch testing 24 hours prior to treatment may be required. Deposit: A deposit is required for all appointments. If you are booking a course of treatments, full payment is due in advance. Clothing: All guests will be provided with a towel. A robe and flip flops can be hired for £5.00. Bathing costumes need to be worn in the relaxation areas, infrared sauna, outdoor hot tub and hydrotherapy pool. Mobile Phones & Smoking: We operate a no-smoking policy inside the spa building and mobile phones must be switched off. Cancellations: Please give 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your treatment or you will be charged the full cost. Age Restrictions: The spa & gym are open only to guests aged 16 years and over. Please consult the Spa Manager for further information. Hotel Guests: Full use of the spa & gym facilities is free of charge to hotel guests until 12noon on the day of departure.
