STEPLESS PNEUMATIC LIFT SYSTEM

Operable by one person

For users of conventional stringing machines, the bulky body often makes height adjustment a challenging task that requires two or more people to safely fulfill. With the safety and ease of the height adjustment for stringing machines in mind, REDSON has re-designed the structure of the main post. The result is the stepless pneumatic lifting function, which allows user to adjust the height of the work table simply via stepping on the control button. Even petite users can adjust the work table to their desired height easily, safely and quickly.

REDSON has developed the C-shaped clamp block which will fit various frame types and protect the racket from shaking during stringing. Compared with conventional clamps, the C-shaped center of the clamp block will facilitate stringing from certain angles and improve the stringing process.

HIGH-STIFFNESS MOUNTING SYSTEM

The support arms and base of the REDSON stringing machine are designed like the structural channel used in construction to improve overall stability. Such structure significantly advances bending strength and shock bearing capacity derived upon tensioning, hence preventing distortion of support posts during high tension stringing.

During stringing, the high tension applies force to the racket structure while the mounting system endures the highest force feedback. Therefore, the high-stiffness structure of the mounting system will enable full function of the stringing machine, allowing stringing in a more precise and smooth

High-Density, High-Stiffness, High-Intensity

REDSON mounting system is carefully crafted with high-density, high-stiffness, high-intensity aluminum alloy, which effectively reduces the distortions in the frame and mounting system caused by pulling during stringing. Invisible internal structure damage resulting from excess warping in the frame after pressure build-up with repeated stringing, which shortens the service life of the racket, can thus be avoided.

NORMAL Mechanic Stringing Mode

Detection will immediately stop right after the stringing reaches the set value to prevent stiffer strings from breaking due to re-stretching. The principle of stringing in this mode is equivalent to that of traditional spring-loaded stringing machines.

PRE-NORMAL Electronic Control Pre-stretch with Mechanic Mode

Three options available: 10%, 15% and 20%.

For example, select 10% when the tension value is set at 20.0 lbs. The stringing machine will pre-stretch strings to 22.0 lbs. and set back to selected 20.0 lbs. to remain in mechanic stringing mode.

※ This function prevents the lack of tension from happening due to the ductility of string material in the process of stringing.

CONSTANT Electronic Control Constant Stretch Mode

There is a re-stretching detection function after the stringing reaches the set value, allowing the string tension to be more accurate and consistent after stringing. The principle of stringing in this mode is equivalent to that of traditional drop-weight stringing machines.

PRE- CONSTANT Electronic Control Pre-stretch with Constant Stretch Mode

Three options available: 10%, 15% and 20%.

For example, select 10% when the tension value is set at 20.0 lbs. The stringing machine will pre-stretch strings to 22.0 lbs. and set back to selected 20.0 lbs. to remain in electronic control constant stretch mode.

NEW SMART ELECTROMAGNETIC BRAKE SUPPORT SYSTEM

When pulling is just starting, the string and string gripper are not yet parallel to each other. Resistance is formed on the string, frame and stringer wheel due to turning, so the string is not yet adequately pulled. At this stage, the brake will not apply.

During the pulling process, as soon as the computer detects a parallel alignment between the string and the string gripper, MASTER 5 activates the electromagnetic brake to halt the turntable. The tension will then be completely released to the string, which takes the force evenly and adequately, thus achieving a more precise tension.

To prevent fatigue resulting from prolonged stringing process, REDSON adopts aluminum components and heavy-duty materials, and develops a lighter, smoother yet more stable clamp system with high precision craft.

Clamps for Badminton strings

Clamp positioning adjustment knob ranges from 0 to 0.66 mm as standard. Every increment is 0.02mm and when the string diameter is smaller than 0.66mm, adjust it clockwise and vice versa. All sorts of string that is available on the market can be clamped by MASTER 5 under safe and secure condition without damaging the string.
