The Elements of the Immortals Qigong Three ways to practice: First way to practice: Only practice the element the corresponds to the current time of year/season i.e. Wood element in spring Second way to practice: Practice one Element per day in the correct rotation starting with the current element i.e. in Springtime practice the Wood Element (on the first day) followed by Fire-Earth-Metal-Water then back to Wood (this is the creative cycle)‌..five day cycle‌..of one element per day. Third way to practice: Repeat the current practice i.e. Wood every day through out the springtime plus another element each day in the correct order Example: Wood plus Fire-Wood plus Earth-Wood plus Metal and Wood plus Water this creates a four day cycle.
