When it comes to designing corporate buildings a recurring trend is having aluminium cladding over the facade which not only gives a a clean and long lasting look, but also allows a flexibility for the future in case of renovation or re-branding. The photo of the Henessy Tower Holding building in Mauritius, a project in which I acted both as a junior architect and main interior architect.

LIFT DESIGN LIFT INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR FINISHING DESIGN 2016-2020 Lift design involves, lift face wall tiling design as well as lift interior cladding design and floor finish. Displayed picture is part of the Henessy Tower Holding project, it displays a polished finish granite tiling lift facade.

TILING DESIGN GOVERNMENTAL OFFICE 2014 - 2016 Bathroom design for corporate office, Henessy Tower Holding building in Mauritius. The rendered toilet tiling plan was produced for client and supplier presentation.
FEATURE WALL GOVERNMENTAL OFFICE 2014 - 2016 Feature walls for the client presentation on Henessy Tower Holding building in Mauritius, a project in which I acted both as a junior architect and main interior architect. The views are freehand sketches of feature walls around windows and corners that was scanned and rendered in photoshop.
MEETING ROOM OFFICE DESIGN 2016 - 2020 Meeting rooms or specialised spaces are a must in the corporate office design. The rendering as well as the picture below is from the project Henessy Tower Holding. The detail below shows the connection between plaster wall and the glass wall.

Design B Copper and metal handrail fixtures. The fixture designed to hold a wooden rod hand rail
Design C Metal ‘U’ shaped rod along with a ceiling fixed rod, allows a tension fabric to be stretched between the two creating a soft separation. The rods are secured by copper ball screws.
STAIRCASE DESIGN HANDRAIL FIXTURES 2020 Staircase design for a housing project in Mauritius currently under construction, where I am acting as an interior consultant. The first part of the staircase is floating concrete steps, which allows a variety of designs.

A housing project in Mauritius currently under construction, where I am acting as an interior consultant. The industrial glass door and window lead to the wet kitchen while still allowing a connection between spaces.
BATHROOM DESIGN FIXTURES , TILING AND INSTALLATION SYSTEMS 2019 Throughout my career designing bathroom spaces, whether it is for private residents or big corporations, was an integral part of my job. Bathroom design has become a whole specification in itself, and I believe that i have mastered every part of it. From the conceptual design, to the tiling design and the installation detailing.

BALUSTRADE PRECAST CONCRETE BALUSTRADE 2019-2020
This balustrade design embodies the concept of a brutalist contemporary building, using a precast concrete wall, along with a floating wooden top rail. The detail of this balustrade is interesting when looking into the structural detail and the waterproofing system under the floor slab.

Baby bath area in a corporate, governmental office project, where I acted as a junior interior architect. The design uses more vibrant colours, wood textures and integrated necessities in the counter creating a functional, fun and relaxing space.
SAUNA DESIGN SAUNA IN CORPORATE OFFICE 2019-2020 Sauna area in a corporate, governmental office project, where I acted as a junior interior architect. The design includes a wooden paneling on one face and wooden lounge chairs allowing individual relaxation. The floor and wall are one same waterproof finish with patina effect. Detail of wood paneling, wall consists of a system of crossed metal strips to which a light veneered rectangular strip is fixed on to.
L’ARABICA AIRPORT MAURITIUS - AIRPORT 2014 - 2016 This was a particular tender project for a coffee shop branch in the Mauritius airport. The design involved a functional coffee shop with a mezzanine for storage. The all wood theme and warm lights, was intended to express a space of comfort and luxury.
VILLA DESIGN VillA SEYCHELLES / THAILAND 2011 - 2013 During my studies I conducted several internships one at AOI in Thailand and another at Artema in Mauritius. They both had in common luxury villa projects. The axonometric view was a private residence villa in the Seychelles that had for main features a slanted cone roof and an outdoor bathroom. The 3D visual in the background is part of a real state development of luxury villas in Thailand. Throughout these projects I was involved in the production of client presentation (e.g. mood boards). Production of three dimensional visuals for interiors, using AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Artlantis, 3ds Max, Rhino. Also involved in the material and furniture sourcing process.
APPARTMENT UNIT BERLIN MITTE 2017 - 2018 Rethinking apartment building, a master project illustrating an axonometric view produced through Rhino, of a residential building design aiming to bring the bathroom unit outdoor like an extruding box, mimicking traditional practices where the bathroom was always placed outside far from the house. The 3d visual rendering modelled with Sketchup and rendered with Artlantis. Rendering and the watercolour effect produced with illustrator and photoshop.
