Premier Inclusions Warranty  Six month comprehensive maintenance programme.  Six year structural warranty with QBSA

Floor  Class “S” concrete slab on level site.

Termite Protection  Complete termite control protection to AS.3660.1. Flanges to concrete slab penetrations. Chemical Treatment to perimeter of brickwork including garage.

Earthworks  500mm total fall allowed over house pad made up of 250mm equal cut/fill.

Connections  Underground power, sewer, stormwater and water connection to 700m2 lot with 6 metre setback. Includes HIA ‘Peace of Mind QC2’. Contract, surveyor’s fee, council fee (based on Brisbane City Council) engineer’s fee, QBSA fee, construction insurance on base price. Note: Additional variations insurance fees at current BSA rate.

Energy Efficiency  All MDS Homes now achieve a 6 Star Energy Rating. Note: Standard single storey designs will receive Wall Sisalation and R2.5 batts to the roof space (including garage and alfresco areas)

Doors  Front: Hume Newington / Corinthian Maddison entrance door or simular.  Laundry: Hume / Corinthian Fully glazed hinged door or Aluminium Sliding door (master plan specific)  Internal: Flush panel – includes door stops throughout  Garage: Colorbond Steel Line Sectional Overhead

Door Furniture  Front: Gainsborough TriLock range.  Laundry: Gainsborough Lever range.  Internal: Gainsborough Lever chrome passage set. Privacy sets to powder, Ensuite, baths & WC’s if applicable  Robe/Linen: Gainsborough Lever chrome half passage set or as shown on plan.

Electrical  As per detailed drawings. Miniature circuit breakers to meterbox. Earth leakage safety switch.  Smoke detectors as per Council requirements.  Double Power Points throughout and one external power point at back door  TV point to two locations.  Provision for two phone points. (excludes phone line)  Ceiling fans to Bedrooms as shown on plans.  As per Sustainable Housing Legislation, 80% of lighting will be energy efficient, see electrical drawings for detail. Note: Exhaust fans will only be provided as standard where required for ventilation purposes.
