PRINT EXPERIENCE Our UK factory has amassed well over 100 years combined experience in printing. Meaning we have literally been there and printed the t-shirt, so you can relax safe in the knowledge that no matter what your print requirements, we have been asked to do it before and know how to achieve the very best possible result for you. For completely bespoke orders, we also have experts across Europe and the Far East to cover every conceivable option you may require. NO MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY On the vast majority of our standard range we don’t enforce a minimum order quantity, so if you only require one umbrella or one thousand we can do that for you and your order will be treated with the same importance. Our pricing structure starts from 25 units so for a shorter run simply contact us and we’ll confirm the costs for you. PRE ORDER VISUALS With our FREE design service, if you aren’t sure which panel colour you prefer or struggling for inspiration simply send us your logo and our creative studio will work with you to create the perfect umbrella to meet your requirements. PLAIN SAMPLES We offer plain samples on all of our products on a next day service contact us with the details and we can get that out to you. SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY, ORDER MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 2PM. STANDARD SAMPLE CHARGES APPLY

EXPRESS ORDERS We offer express lead times on our standard products where available. So if you need something in a hurry, contact us and we can discuss the options available and ensure everything goes out on time. PROOF APPROVALS Once your order has been processed you will receive a full colour proof to scale for approval to ensure you are happy with the sizing and positioning of your artwork. PRE PRODUCTION PANELS If you want to see how your artwork will be reproduced on fabric we can send out a printed panel to sign off before full production. STANDARD CHARGES MAY APPLY

QUALITY CONTROL All of our umbrellas are hand rolled before being packed, during which time the print and the frame are thoroughly inspected to make sure they meet our high expectations. If we find anything we aren’t 100% happy with the umbrellas will not leave the building until we have discussed all the options with you and decided on a resolution. FULLY ACCREDITED FACTORIES

DELIVERY All of our standard deliveries will be made on a next day service. Pre 10 & Pre 12 deliveries are available on request but are subject to additional costs. On the day of dispatch you will receive email notification to confirm your order is completed and ready to leave; it will also contain the delivery address and tracking details for your consignment(s) On the day of delivery you will receive a second email notification with a one hour time slot for your delivery; it will again contain the tracking details for your consignment(s)

All of our boxes have an approximate full weight of 20kg However, depending on the quantity of your order the boxes may be bulk loaded onto a pallet rather than being shipped as individual boxes. SCREEN PRINTING Our standard print solution; screen printing is a cost effective way to promote your brand.

PRINTED TIE WRAP For a subtle yet impressive result, a printed tie wrap really adds that finishing touch to your umbrella. Either one colour screen print or full colour total sub option available.

LOGO SUB Allows for a full colour logo to be printed on any white panel within our standard print area.

PRINTED SLEEVE Any umbrella that comes with a sleeve can be screen printed with a one colour design or ThermoPrinted with a full colour image. Alternatively, we can create a fully bespoke total sub sleeve for any umbrella in our range.

THERMOPRINT For the brightest whites or complex full colour designs, ThermoPrint allows us to print full colour onto any coloured panel within our standard print area.

TOTAL SUB Allows for a full colour design over the entire panel; perfect for PANTONE matching or creating an all over design that flows over the whole canopy.

MAGIC PRINT A white design when dry; it magically changes to your chosen pantone colours when the rain starts to fall.

DECAL INSERT A domed decal, bespoke printed with up to full colour all over design and inserted into the recess within the handle.

COLOUR BINDING A strip of cotton canvas sewn along the bottom edge of the canopy to either compliment or contrast the panel colours to achieve a stylish result.

DIAMOND PRINT Individual gemstones applied to the canopy in your chosen design to create a truly unique and striking effect.

DYE SUBLIMATION

The dye sublimation process is used to print on synthetic fabrics, the inks are a pigment suspended in a liquid solvent like water. The images are initially printed on a coated paper as a reverse image to the final design which is then transferred onto the umbrella fabric through a heat press operating at a temperature around 180° to 210° Celsius (375° Fahrenheit) Under these high temperatures and pressure, the dye turns into a gas and permeates the fabric and then solidifies into its fibres. The fabric is permanently dyed so it can be washed without damaging the quality of the image.

The key advantages to dye sublimation versus other methods of textile printing are: DESIGNS ARE PERMANENT AND DO NOT PEEL OR FADE DYE DOES NOT BUILD UP ON THE FABRIC COLOURS CAN BE EXTRAORDINARILY BRILLIANT DUE TO THE BONDING OF THE DYE TO THE FIBRES OF THE FABRIC TRULY CONTINUOUS TONES CAN BE ACHIEVED THAT ARE PHOTO REALISTIC DESIGNS CAN BE PRINTED ALL OVER THE PANEL, WITH NO DIFFICULTY IN PRINTING ALL THE WAY TO THE EDGE OF THE FABRIC

We can utilise this method of printing in three different ways depending on the design and umbrella in question.

For our UK made umbrellas, we can use a process we call TOTAL SUB which allows us to print full colour over the entire surface of a panel. As we can print edge to edge this allows us to create a design that flows across all eight panels of the canopy to create one big print. These designs can be very impressive and leave a lasting impression on anyone who sees them.

For our imported umbrellas, we can use a process we call LOGO SUB while the techniques involved are the same, we don’t have the luxury of being able to print the panels before sewing them together. We can still print any full colour design for you but we are limited in the print area we can offer and to make sure the colours are reproduced correctly we can only use this method on a white panel.

Also for imported umbrellas, we can now use a process we call THERMOPRINT which allows us to print full colour to a coloured panel. This process is essentially a hybrid of screen printing and logo sub, it all gets a bit technical but to put it simply we can now screen print your design in white and then sublimate a full colour image over the top of this using our heat press to adhere the colour to the base white.
