Kevin: “What are they (Kamterter) running? Austin: “They’re running just a little pump”

Kevin: “You turned me down on the Dwyer Meter, Huh? (a simple ‘in-line’ backup meter device) Austin: “Well…yea…
1:47
Kevin: “The question I got is why, when we were shut down, did it take two minutes for that ethanol meter to stop?” (Austin saw this…no fuel line pressure and all electrical off-I did this purposely before this audio & before engine shut down) Austin: “Well that’s why I went over and unplugged it”.....”something goofy is going on with the pump”
2:21
Kevin: “When I’m testing (during test, I shut down & noticed continued flow with their meter ‘real time’)it kept going for some reason”. Austin: “…I can’t understand either…I don’t know….”
2:34
Kevin: “I wanted to see what the lag time was and I timed two minutes, then you unplugged it”. Austin: “Yea….”

Kevin: “Well, I am trying to figure out how the accuracy works where we shut it off and it was reading about the same level (flow rate) for two minutes? (This happened during testing, loud engine noise kept anyone from knowing what went on and I planned it that way. There was another 5 volt signal being sent to computer in my opinion and I think Roger Hoy didn’t know I had ‘shut down’ & kept the signal coming. My opinion anyway) Austin: “That’s what I don’t understand either”.
Note: At the 4 minute mark, Austin demonstrates pump…the way it should work and it did. I think he was sabotaged by a 5 volt signal sent from Roger Hoy’s computer (he was watching via video uplink to room during testing) to computer data gathering software. Now, this signal wasn’t interrupted and I think Austin was accurately metering. Austin doesn’t know why it kept running & is obviously trying to defend their set up in a very awkward & rambling and excruciating explanation process. 5:40
You can hear Kevin taking pictures of set up and turbo blades after July 9th tests are done, during tear down.
