Now think about the task at hand and the things you need to do in order to be successful. Again focus on the task by neglecting the emotions.

A lot of time, we panic at work because we see the large scope of the task we have been assigned by the authority.

The large assigned tasks are doesn't create a panic situation when you break the big problem into smaller tasks.

Instead of looking at the massive projects, you can break the task as per the basic of weeks, months and years.

If you have been tasked to complete it within this month, then you can break it into weekly assignments that are more easily digestible.

In critical moments, we might have feelings of fear and doubt which are natural. After all keeping a strong support system is the key to your success.

You can bounce the ideas off of them and get their opinions to perform important tasks and take useful decisions.

At work, your support team might be your boss or a mentor. But in your personal life, it might be your parents or a close friend.
