You may not know exactly how you’ll make your mark on the world yet, and that’s ok. What you do know is you want a college where you can make an impact. All the hard work you put into your college experience will one day lead to a meaningful career that will not just support you after graduation, but allow you to live a life of purpose. And there’s no better place to do that than Regis College.

BETTER YOU, BETTER WORLD.

Many of the programs on campus that relate to health care, like biomedical engineering, are framed from the perspective of the patient. It really helps to give our students a greater understanding that what they learn in the classroom and labs will have a human impact in their profession.

DR. BRIAN PLOUFFE Assistant Professor, Biomedical Engineering

EMPATHETIC ENGINEERS. INNOVATIVE NURSES. COMPASSIONATE LEADERS. Ask Regis students what stands out about their experiences and they’ll likely tell you about the close-knit, supportive environment they felt the minute they joined the Regis community. Our professors take a student-centered approach to teaching, going beyond the basics to educate the whole person. Regis’ core curriculum is guided by Catholic values that emphasize learning outcomes and transform students into advocates for a better and more compassionate world. The meaningful relationships you’ll build with professors and other members of our community will help set your direction in life.

Participating in service trips around the country helps me remember that we all need hope. Sharing these experiences with those in need and other Regis students has changed my life for the better.

COLE ANDERSON '21 Major: Sport Management

EMPOWERED TO MAKE A CHANGE Regis students recognize the importance of service to others, taking to heart the values of our founders, the Sisters of St. Joseph of Boston. Service projects are coordinated through our Center for Ministry and Service locally and in places like Kenya and Puerto Rico. These experiences offer students life-changing opportunities to make the world a better place.

Trips to South Dakota and the L.A./U.S. Mexico Border have had a profound impact on my life. They have allowed me to stand in solidarity with unfairly treated groups of people and to advocate for what is right.

CASSIE BARRY '21 Major: Education

EXPLORE THE WORLD In addition to international service opportunities, students engage in global learning through education abroad programming, including semester study, faculty-led short term programs, and research and internships. Students can also enroll in our globally connected courses, in online courses with our international partner institutions, and Regis courses with a global focus. We will help you customize your global learning experience. Recent programs include: › Argentina › Australia › Chile › China › Cuba

› England › Granada › Iceland › Ireland › Italy

› Japan › South Korea › Spain

While in Ireland I enrolled in a certificate in International Human Rights Law at the University College Cork School of Law. I’m so grateful to have had that opportunity.

TAYLOR GARNER '19 Major: Interdisciplinary Studies in the Humanities

Spending part of my summer in Argentina was life-changing. I lived with a host family, took classes at the local university, and volunteered at CONIN, a nonprofit working to eliminate child malnutrition. Living and serving abroad taught me how important it is to help those in need and helped me make lasting friendships with people from around the world.

PREPARE YOUR FUTURE For some students, graduate school may be a natural next step toward future career goals. Our Combined Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree provides a seamless transition for students to earn both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Regis in as little as five years, while pre-professional programs provide individualized support for students who want to be prepared for careers in medical, law, optometry, or health care. I’ve gained invaluable experience through Regis’ Connect Program, where I was able to spend a day job shadowing a Regis alum who works as a vice president of a local bank. I saw first-hand the power of networking and how the more people you meet, the more opportunities will open up.
