Come watch the parade Or You can join the parade by entering your group, church or business by the November 26th deadline and be eligible for one of three $200 prizes … best vehicle or form of transportation $100. The parade begins at 2:00 and entries should check in between 12:30 and 1:00 at the Central Elementary School staging area. Park and Ride the Christmas Trolley Lawrenceburg Community Center Joins in Winter Wonderland Fun
Ride free on the Christmas Trolley from 12 to 6:00. It will pick up and drop-off at the Winter Wonderland Tent, Lawrenceburg Public Library, Lawrenceburg Community Center, the Ice Rink (next to the Pool at Todd Creech Park), and businesses along High and Walnut Streets.

Our musical celebration will start with the Bel Canto group of Young Voices of Southeastern Indiana. This all female a cappella group under the direction of Tricia Johnson is sure to delight with a selection of traditional Christmas music.
1:25 Tiger Pizazz
A Great Tradition This year featuring an extended 8 week season!
Tiger Pizazz from Lawrenceburg High School will put you in the mood for Christmas with their high energy set. For their last number you might find them with their pillows and dressed in their “jammies”. Following the performance of Pizazz, everyone is invited to line Walnut or High Streets as we enjoy our Winter Wonderland Parade before returning to Ivy Tech for more holiday music.
The popular Winter Wonderland Ice Rink will return to its home in the pavilion at Todd Creech Park (next to the swimming pool on Tate Street). This facility features a protective roof over the rink, a fire pit for warming those cold hands, indoor restrooms, skate distribution, and a concession stand.
3:00 Lawrenceburg Choral Festival
After the conclusion of the parade, join us as the Lawrenceburg Choral Festival group from Lawrenceburg Primary School and Central Elementary offer Christmas songs for the young and young at heart. Energy and enthusiasm are a must to keep up with this group.
We'll be "Lighting up the Lake" at Todd-Creech Park with beautiful snowflake light displays purchased by First Financial Bank.
Southeast Indiana Community Band
Under the direction of Darren Webb, students, alumni, retirees and professionals come together and entertain. This group will perform traditional concert band literature and promise to share their motto of “Having fun while making music”. If you are musically inclined, please consider joining them for practice on a Tuesday night in the LHS band room.

Our final performance is by a small but mighty group of students in grades 8-12 from the Lawrenceburg Community School Corporation. As an extra-curricular group they are dedicated to the performance of Jazz, Rock & Latin music. They will end our day of wonderful holiday music with a twist.

This year 221 Walnut Street, next to DJ’s Bakery, will be aglow with the twinkling beauty of this charming collection that includes more than 90 pieces. It’s a treat for young and old alike.
Saturday, December 1 150 Mary Street 10 -12 The Great Cookie Sale - Make your own variety tray. Cookies will be sold by the pound from the ovens of Friends of the Library. Enjoy a holiday harp concert while you browse. 11-12 Music by Leonardo, high energy, humorous, and interactive live music concert with Leonardo, based on Winter/Holiday theme. 12:30-1:30 Gingerbread House workshop 12-1:30 Visit with Santa 1-3pm Craft Day in the Depot. These crafts are designed for adults and families. We will offer 6 different stations this year, with crafts of varying skill difficulty. All can be completed in 10-15 minutes each. Most are meant to be package toppers (or ornaments.) 2-3:30pm Kelly and Emily Thompson return for a repeat performance of a Celtic Holiday performance featuring their lively guitar and violin playing, along with background stories of the musical selections.

Stop by Santa’s special house at the corner of High and Short and stop in to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus and tell them your Christmas wishes. They’ll be there after the parade – 2:30 until 5:00. If they aren’t inside they’ll be walking along the streets of town or maybe even riding the Christmas Trolley. Stop by the Winter Wonderland Tent and have your name carved in ice to take home with you. Have you ever seen a reindeer on stilts or a juggling elf? Be sure to stop by and visit with them at the tent. Have your face painted by artists from the Southeastern Indiana Artist’s Guild from 11 to 5 in the lobby of IVY Tech.
