D/B/A Beneficial Mortgage Co., was Plaintiff and Debbie Vinson a/k/a Debbie S. Vinson, Ruby P. Hendren, LVNV Funding, LLC and Unknown Tenants/Occupants of 509 South Walnut Street, Rising Sun, IN 47040 were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on May 8, 2012 at the hour of 10:00am at the Ohio County Sheriff始s Department, 123 S. MULBERRY STREET, RISING SUN, IN 47040, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Ohio County, Indiana. Parts of lots sixty-two (62) and Sixty-three (63) in Grahm's addition to the town, now city of Rising Sun, Indiana, bound as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the adjoining lot formerly owned by John C.
