Present: Jeff Hughes, Shane McHenry, Tom Orschell, Gayle pennington, Auditor (Not voting), Andrew Baudendister, county Attorney (ttot votiigJ, Teresa Randall, County Administrator. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Executive Session was held to discuss pending property litigation.
Tom orschell made a motion to give authority to the Gounty Attorney and the Gounty Administrator to move forward in the negotiation procesi in the county's best interest. seconded by shane McH1nry. rvrotion palseo unanimously. OLD BUSINESS: OKI .Funding Gontract / Agreement - Options: Continue with no contract, 1g month contract, sign current contract. Terri recommends continuing with the contract. Motion passed unanimously. HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT: Highway Superintendent - Tim Greive Security lights and electric for the salt building will need signatures on an easement.
Motion moved by Shane McHenry to approve and sign the easement for the REMG electric company to place their box. Seconded by Tom Orschell. Motion passed unanimously. Shane McHenry made a motion to sign ROW for REMC. Tom Orschell seconded. Motion passed unanimously. Tim asked permission to go to Council to replace the old tractor. Cost is $1 10,605.05 for a John Deere. Better built mower and it will operate the brush cutter. Smith lmplements from Greensburg was low bidder.
Motion to allow Tim Greive to approach Gouncil for the purchase of a tractor in the amount of $110,605.05 moved by Tom Orschell. Seconded by Shane McHenry. Motion passed unanimously.
